Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with employers for job opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to identify businesses hiring.
• Secure unsubsidized placements of part-time and/or full-time employment.
• Conduct field visits to enhance partnerships with businesses.
• Produce weekly reports of cold calls and field visits.
• Design recruitment strategies and job fairs.
