DIHO Consulting USA, LLC. is seeking a Spotter to support our client in Rayville, Louisiana. This on-site role focuses on coordinating truck movements, guiding drivers during backing and docking, and assisting yard operations to maintain safety and efficiency.

The position requires strong communication and safety commitment, with the ability to work outdoors in varied weather and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Safely guide and direct trucks and trailers during backing, docking, and yard maneuvers.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and yard personnel using hand signals or radios.
• Inspect yard areas for hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with trailer placement and ensure proper alignment at loading docks.
• Perform routine checks on yard equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Support warehouse team with loading/unloading or staging materials when required.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer movements and yard activity.
