Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Midtown NYC is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients. You will handle Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity at the client location.

This contract-based role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Start date is immediate, and assignments are coordinated by the Service Delivery Team.

Qualifications

Experience providing on-site IT support for end-users.
Strong knowledge of Windows desktops and laptops.
Basic LAN/network troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client location.

Assist with device setup and hardware installations.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
