Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Identify health education needs through targeted assessments.
• Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to participate actively in health outcomes.
• Lead wellness activities and events such as group coaching or health seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings (e.g., finger sticks, BP, body composition).
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to improve clinical outcomes.
• Support site events (open enrollment, wellness committees, flu shot events).
