TGW Logistics is seeking an Operational Flow Support Technician to be the key contact for technical support queries regarding the Warehouse Control System (WCS). This role involves monitoring IT systems, providing software support, and coordinating with the maintenance team and TGW's support team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with preferred Associate degree or Technical Certificate.
• Experience providing application/database support is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
