Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure projects/orders in QuickBase.
• Handle requests from senior managers and sales staff associated with equipment orders.
• Prepare and distribute regular QuickBase reports.
• Maintain purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, and other project documentation in SharePoint.
• Act as the point of contact for manufacturers, general contractors, and customers.
• Maintain communication with manufacturers to update orders in QuickBase.
• Provide updates to accounting on projected delivery dates.
