Job summary

Capture H2O is seeking a Service Manager based in the San Diego area to oversee service delivery, perform water treatment testing, analyze data, and provide advisory reports. The role includes remote monitoring, client training, and collaboration with the Director of Service to develop manuals and ensure project success.

The candidate will travel up to 75% domestically, manage client communications, and uphold safety standards while supporting a growing sustainability-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree OR preferred experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform client water treatment service visits based on schedule and established protocol.
• Analyze water treatment data, take corrective actions, communicate results to clients.
• Maintain water treatment equipment and assist with repairs or quotes for replacements.
• Develop relationships with clients and suggest system improvements.
• Remotely monitor water treatment data and respond to alarms as needed.
• Maintain distribution lists for service reports and related alarms.
• Lead customer training using operator training programs.
• Assist Director of Service with program administration manuals and client log sheets.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Train new service technicians and support field operations.
• Maintain relationships with client engineers and site contacts.
• Execute service plans at each location including sampling and analysis as agreed.
