Job summary

H2O Innovation is seeking a Field Service Technician to support installation, commissioning and ongoing service of our Flexbox containerized water treatment systems. You will work with engineering, project managers and clients to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction across North America.

The role requires strong technical and troubleshooting abilities, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant technical field service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Flexbox mobile fleet and pilots across North America.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Automation, Commissioning, Service).
• Troubleshoot on-site issues, remotely and in the field.
• Travel up to 50% across USA and Canada.
• Maintain asset deployment logs and documentation.
