Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems at customer sites. You will work with technologies including RO, filtration, and chemical injection, performing preventive maintenance, data interpretation, and on-site support.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic wastewater or water treatment.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance for pumps, bearings, blowers, and general rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and/or related software.
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate orally in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct critical and preventative maintenance and calibration activities on equipment.
• Take samples and support lab testing as required.
• Review lab data and adjust processes based on plant conditions.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and control troubleshooting on equipment.
• Create and maintain site documentation and provide technical summaries.
