Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Water and Fuels Systems Planner to conduct on-site surveys and develop detailed plans for water and fuel systems for the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis AFB. You will identify scope, materials, and man‑hours for tasks and estimate full resource requirements to execute them.

The role involves preparing detailed plans, specs, drawings, time estimates, and coordinating with shop foremen and contractors while ensuring all work complies with NEC, UFC,

Qualifications

• Knowledge and application of NEC, UFC, UMC and UPC codes.
• Ability to conduct on-site surveys and define scope, materials, and man-hours for water and fuel systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and project tracking tools.
• Strong collaboration with engineering disciplines and base activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative actions for ongoing projects and track status.
• Perform construction management, monitor contractor compliance, review bids and change orders.
• Define scope of work and maintain records; brief customers and management on status.
• Verify design compliance with Air Force standards and provide corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental codes.
• Possibly access restricted areas and follow OPSEC guidelines.
