Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Plumbing Planner to conduct on-site surveys and plan water and fuel systems work tasks for the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis AFB. You will define scope, materials, and man-hours, estimate resources, and develop detailed plans and drawings while ensuring code compliance.

The role requires NEC/UFC/UMC/UPC knowledge, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and customers in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, comprehension and application of NEC/UFC/UMC/UPC codes.
• Experience with plumbing, water/sewer, fuel, fire suppression, and natural gas systems.
• Ability to conduct on-site surveys and define scope, materials, and man-hours.
• Proficiency with CMMS and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative actions for ongoing projects; tracking status, permits, and QA/QC.
• Prepare statements of work and monitor contractor compliance and bids.
• Coordinate with plumbing, water/sewer, fuel, and electrical disciplines and with customers.
• Develop detailed instruction sheets, schedules, and material quantities for work centers.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
