Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Plumbing Planner to conduct on-site surveys and plan water and fuel systems work for the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. The role defines scope, materials, man-hours, and resource requirements for in-house and contract work, developing detailed plans, specs, drawings, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of plumbing, water and fuel systems, CMMS experience, and familiarity with DoD/USAF environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC/UFC/UMC/UPC codes.
• Experience with CMMS and project tracking tools.
• Understanding of plumbing, water, and fuel systems.
• DoD or USAF environment knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages administrative actions for ongoing projects; tracking status and permits, coordinating with base activities.
• Performs construction management and contract monitoring; evaluating bids and change orders, coordinating with other disciplines.
• Defines scope, prepares correspondence and briefings, maintains records, and informs customers and management of status.
• Ensures compliance with design requirements and standards; verifies complete and accurate as-built documentation.
• Maintains safety compliance and supports OPSEC guidelines in daily tasks.
