Job summary

Brains & Motion Education (BAM!) is seeking a Warehouse Technical Specialist for our Colorado facility. You will image, configure, and deploy laptops and devices for instructors and staff, ensuring BAM!

security standards and configuration requirements are met. This hands-on role blends warehousing with IT support and fleet management using Zoho MDM, plus troubleshooting hardware and coordinating with engineering and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong reliability and attention to detail.
• Experience imaging or configuring Windows/ChromeOS devices.
• Familiarity with device management platforms (Zoho MDM a plus).

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy laptops and devices for instructors and staff.
• Manage device fleet and ensure security, software configuration, and performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across the fleet and coordinate repairs.
• Support high-volume shipping and fulfillment operations during peak periods.
• Provide technical support to instructors and staff across BAM! systems.
