Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator I in Pearl City, HI. This onsite role supports daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, staging freight, and maintaining accurate inventories. The ideal candidate has a safety-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify shipments, and ensure documentation is complete while upholding OSHA safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Hazardous Materials certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read manifests, bills of lading, and shipping documents with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage freight for shipment and storage.
• Verify shipment quantities and inspect freight for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and complete shipping documentation accurately.
• Follow safety policies and assist with pre-loading delivery vehicles.
