Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our facility in Fife, WA. You will load, unload, receive, stage, and move freight, using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners while maintaining accurate records and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), experience in warehouse settings, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment handling refrigerated and dry freight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, freight handling, shipping/receiving, or logistics environments preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, and stage inbound and outbound freight accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect freight for damages, verify counts, and ensure proper documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse tools safely.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth freight movement and workflow.
• Support inventory accuracy and timely shipment processing.
