Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Massachusetts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and material flow operations, including picking, replenishment, receiving, inventory control, and shipping. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency; report to the Warehouse Team Leader.

The position is temporary-to-permanent with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, on-site at our Haverhill facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using SAP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, work procedures, and effectively collaborate with team members.
• Commitment to Edwards safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs if required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in warehouse and shop floor environment.
• This position may require occasional travel for less than 5% of the position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stage, and deliver materials for manufacturing production orders and replenishment.
• Perform inventory transactions within SAP and other warehouse management systems.
• Support receiving, put-away, stock transfers, and shipping preparation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and location verification.
• Follow FIFO and inventory control standards.
• Support production and logistics with urgent material requests.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
