Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating professionally in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Supports the local operations team with coordinated efforts specific to the location.
• Prepares reports and manages documentation; assists in identifying bottlenecks and works with management to resolve issues.
• Coordinates with carriers and local managers to align employees and workflow to meet customer commitments.
• Maintains inventory documentation and supports picking, packing and shipping functions.
