Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Coordinator in Operations to support our warehouse team with order prioritization and routing. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.

– 4:00 p.m., and you will coordinate documentation and align workflow with local managers and supervisors to meet customer needs. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in order management within a warehouse or production environment, a high school degree or equivalent, forklift experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year of operational and/or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support team by coordinating and managing documentation
• Identify potential problems in processes and work with management team to resolve
• Coordinate with local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow
• Act as team lead on small or special projects
• Manage multiple communication systems to ensure internal customer requests are accomplished
• Manage daily order and task production in our warehouse management system
