Job summary

EVCS is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead our Arcadia, CA warehouse on-site. You will own shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and documentation while coordinating with our 3PL partner to keep product flowing smoothly.

This hands-on leadership role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment. Competitive compensation and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

3+ years in warehouse management or logistics
Hands-on with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
Proficient with WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite/Smartsheet)
Experience operating forklifts/pallet jacks (certification a plus)
On-site work at Arcadia, CA warehouse
Experience coordinating with 3PL providers
Strong cross-functional communication
Interest in sustainability and clean transportation

Responsibilities

This is a working manager role, combining tactical and strategic duties
Oversee Arcadia warehouse operations, ensure safety, organization, and efficiency
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, receiving, inspecting, staging, and dispatching
Maintain real-time inventory records; conduct cycle counts and audits
Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
Coordinate inventory transfers and stock reconciliation with 3PL partner
Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or discrepancies
Maintain clean, organized warehouse layout and safe practices
Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
Prepare inventory and warehouse status reports for management
Collaborate across operations and other departments to meet material needs
