Job summary

EVCS Charging Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to own our Arcadia, CA warehouse on-site. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage shipping/receiving, maintain real-time stock records, and supervise 3PL coordination to keep product flowing between locations.

This hands-on role requires detail-oriented, dependable individuals who can drive accuracy, safety, and process improvements in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics in startup environments.
• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes and documentation.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Smartsheet) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• This is a working manager role, leading on-site Arcadia warehouse operations.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, receiving, staging, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain real-time inventory records, conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Prepare shipping docs, bills of lading, packing slips, and logs.
• Coordinate with 3PL partner for transfers and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels, flag shortages or overstock, and report to stakeholders.
• Keep warehouse organized, safe, and properly labeled; operate forklifts/pallet jacks as needed.
• Produce regular inventory and warehouse status reports for management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet material needs and resolve issues.
