Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring an On-Site Coordinator in Ruther Glen, Virginia. This role supports a fast-paced warehouse environment, resolving conflicts, managing attendance, and coordinating field staff to meet production needs.

You will walk the floor multiple times daily, communicate with the client and company leadership, and ensure payroll accuracy through timekeeping systems. English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or industrial staffing (1+ year).
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate grievances and site disputes.
• Manage attendance, coaching, and terminations.
• Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify issues.
• Bridge between client and Accurate leadership with transparent reporting.
