Accurate Personnel in Glendale Heights, IL seeks an Onsite Coordinator to manage field employees, ensure safety and compliance, and support client needs in real time. The role emphasizes strong customer service, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving.

The position requires at least 1 year in industrial staffing, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional support for multiple shifts as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates through flexibility and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing timely reporting to both the client and Accurate Personnel.
• Walk the production floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Communicate effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing business needs while following company policies and procedures.
• Support diversity initiatives and maintain compliance with EEO standards.

• $24/hr, paid weekly
• 3pm - 11:30pm shift, occasional weekends (occasional weekends)
• Must be available for overtime and maintain a flexible schedule.
