Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Joliet, Illinois!

In this essential role, you will not only extend offers to qualified candidates but also manage our field employee workforce, proactively resolve client issues, and drive operational efficiency; while also doing light recruiting and auditing at the branch. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $ 23-24/hr. paid weekly.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
  
• 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday; 3pm and/or 6pm Check-ins at client sites. Must have flexible availability.
• Located in Joliet, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

• Build a deep understanding of each client's needs and recruit a qualified talent pipeline to meet those recruitments
  
• Manage field employees, including attendance, coaching and terminations..
• Approach customer service with flexibility and accessibility for both client and associates.
• Understand and enforce the implementation of safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to the client and Accurate leadership.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry, preferred.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
