Job summary

Hai Robotics seeks a System Implementation Engineer to lead software installation, integration, and testing for warehouse automation. You will collaborate with project teams to deploy robotics control software and integrate it with customer WMS/WCS, PLCs, and network infrastructure.

The role requires on-site work, strong Linux/UNIX and scripting skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% for deployments. You will train clients and provide go-live support while coordinating with R&D for product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or above in a related field.
• Experience with AGV/AMR/WMS/WCS is a plus.
• Strong Linux/UNIX and scripting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• System Deployment & Integration: install and deploy software; on-site integration with WMS/PLC/network; resolve data-flow issues.
• Testing & Acceptance: validate automation processes; joint debugging; complete acceptance testing and sign-off.
• Implementation Execution & On-Site Troubleshooting: drive on-site rollout; fix bugs; report progress.
• Customer Training & Go-Live Support: prepare docs; train staff; provide post-go-live support.
• Post-Launch Support: monitor performance; resolve issues; remote or on-site support.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Feedback: bridge between on-site and R&D; relay field issues.
