Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking an Implementation Specialist in Minnesota to support VMI programs by coordinating projects, managing materials, and deploying on-site solutions. You will train customer personnel and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep plans on track.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or supply chain, or 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in project coordination, implementation, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data entry, inventory software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in on-site customer implementations.
• Assist in on-site sample collection and bin fill level assessments.
• Participate in on-site customer implementation meetings.
• Update project plans and ensure budget adherence.
• Define material presentation and design of the VMI program with stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of assets for VMI setup (racks, bins, labels).
• Create initial upload files for CPS program and input into bin management software.
• Help with on-site deployment and post-go-live updates.
• Train customer personnel on VMI operations for long-term success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
