Job summary

Wurth Industry US in Minnesota is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support on-site VMI program deployment. You will coordinate project activities, manage material presentation, and train customer personnel to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders, updates project plans and budgets, and helps ensure timely go-lives. Travel up to 60% to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in business or supply chain.
• Experience in project coordination, implementation, or supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in executing on-site customer implementations.
• Assist in on-site sample collection and bin fill level assessments.
• Assist in on-site customer implementation meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project plan updates and budget adherence.
• Define material presentation and design of the VMI program with external stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of assets for VMI setup (racks, bins, labels).
• Upload files for CPS program and input into bin management software.
• Assist in on-site VMI implementation and post go-live updates.
• Train on-site customer personnel on how the VMI program works.
• All other duties as assigned.
