Job summary

Yorktel in Tampa seeks an On-Site Technician to provide in-room and remote resolution support for the Managed Videoconferencing Service, coordinating with the Yorktel VNOC and client teams.

You will perform Tier 1–3 troubleshooting, assist in multi-room events, conduct preventative maintenance, train client staff, and ensure endpoint success across designated regions with software and firmware updates, onboarding, testing, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance checks on AV equipment.
• Provide basic training to client personnel on equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, account managers, and engineering teams.
