Job summary

Yorktel Corporation is seeking an On-Site Technical Manager in Cary, NC to oversee in-room and remote resolutions for the Managed Videoconferencing Service. You will liaison with the VNOC, manage on-sites, measure customer satisfaction, and drive improvements across the account.

The role requires extensive AV/Video Conference knowledge, strong communication, and ability to travel domestically to client sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV and videoconferencing systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis of issues.
• Must pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Complete tiers 1-3 troubleshooting of non-functional AV equipment.
• Support setup of high-level multi-room events.
• Perform break/fix and preventative maintenance checks.
• Provide basic training of equipment to client personnel.
• Manage end-user training and software/firmware updates.
• Communicate status to project managers, account managers, and engineering teams.
• Escalate issues to higher-level resources as needed.
• Maintain data in central repository tools.
