Job summary

Yorktel is seeking an On-Site Technician in Whippany, NJ to deliver in-room and remote resolution support for Managed Videoconferencing services. You will liaise with the VNOC and service delivery team to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

The role covers Tier 1–3 troubleshooting of AV equipment, helping set up multi-room events, basic client training, and contributing to preventive maintenance. Valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic training of equipment to client personnel.
• Engage in root-cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
• Support preventative maintenance and data collection for audits.
