Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline's ecommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses as well as stakeholder interviews to identify user needs.
• Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
