Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a 2027 UX Intern for a 12-week, on-site summer program in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will work on real projects that shape the online experience for Uline customers.

Collaborate with experienced professionals to translate customer insights into intuitive design solutions, create prototypes, and conduct stakeholder interviews.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or related field.
• Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline's eCommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses as well as stakeholder interviews to identify and confirm user needs.
• Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
