Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a 2027 UX Intern for a 12-week, on-site summer program. You will contribute to UX design projects across Uline’s ecommerce channels and translate customer insights into usable concepts.

You’ll work with experienced professionals, conduct user research, create prototypes, and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to shape the customer experience. Housing may be provided for out-of-town interns, with competitive pay for the summer.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UX design work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in user research and human-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects across Uline’s ecommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify user needs.
• Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders on projects.
