Job summary

Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a Utilities Supervisor with a major corporation on-site in Orlando, FL. You will supervise the operations, maintenance, monitoring, scheduling and energy management of resort-wide utilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and environmental controls, while driving energy conservation and cost control.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of supervisory experience in utilities, a high school degree (AA preferred), and applicable

3-5 years of supervisory experience in utilities operations.
Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
Licensed as Journeyman Electrical, Journeyman Plumber, HVAC License A or B and EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling certification (preferred).
Contractor license in Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develops and communicates annual budgets for utility departments.
Supervises Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electronic Control and Fire Alarm work and maintenance.
Coaches and counsels utility technicians; conducts performance evaluations.
Oversees routine utilities maintenance, PM schedules and emergency repairs.
Establishes energy conservation goals and monitors efficiency to reduce costs.
Coordinates with utilities and government agencies for reliable service and compliance.
Supports ride, show and facility maintenance with utilities/M.E.P. issues.
