Job summary

Ampace (新能安) is a leading global player in AIDC UPS lithium batteries, providing safe, high-power battery solutions to data centers and OEMs worldwide. This on-site role supervises installation and commissioning of UPS units and battery packs, with a focus on safety, testing, and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and brings hands-on experience with UPS systems, battery maintenance, and high-voltage safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Solid AC/DC circuit fundamentals and UPS architecture knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams; familiarity with testing equipment.
• Experience in UPS installation/commissioning, battery maintenance, or data-center operations.
• High-voltage safety awareness and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site installation and commissioning of UPS units and lithium battery packs.
• Troubleshoot faults on-site and remotely across rectifiers, inverters, cells, and control boards.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance including calibration and insulation testing.
• Enforce NFPA 70E/OSHA safety standards and manage on-site risks.
• Prepare commissioning reports and train customer's O&M staff.
