Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• At least one year payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes (hours, updates, earnings, deductions, tax overrides).
• Calculate payroll and verify client-provided data via control totals and manual review.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and manage assigned book of business.
