Job summary

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to support federal construction and renovation projects at military bases across the southeastern US.

On-site oversight and safety program leadership will be central to the role, with travel to multiple bases as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QCM roles on federal projects, a USACE CQM certification, OSHA 30 certification, and comfort with travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager (QCM) for federal construction projects.
• USACE CQM certification.
• OSHA 30-hour class.
• This position requires travel.
• 7+ years of experience or SSHO experience in federal construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect on-site work to ensure it meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and develop 3-week look-ahead plans.
• Prepare safety reports and site safety presentations.
• Serve as government site liaison and coordinate with owners and engineers.
• Oversee multiple job sites regionally after initial site oversight.
• Monitor compliance with safety codes and company standards.
