Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to support federal construction and renovation projects at military bases across the southeastern US.

The role requires travel and on-site oversight to ensure compliance with contract documents and safety standards. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, with benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401(k), per diem, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager for federal construction projects.
• USACE CQM certification required.
• OSHA 30-hour class required.
• This position requires travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics and quality control.
• Coordinate work among trades to ensure a coordinated project operation.
• Resolve problems related to procedures, design clarifications, labor and equipment, schedule, and safety.
• Manage site safety program and subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
• Create schedules and sequencing; develop recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers on field issues; investigate and resolve.
• Ensure work complies with approved contract documents.
