Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to support federal construction and renovation projects on military bases across the southeastern United States. The role is on-site with travel, offering a competitive salary and full benefits.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QC experience on federal projects, holds USACE CQM certification, and OSHA 30. You will lead safety programs, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors
Formación
- 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager for federal construction projects.
- USACE CQM certification.
- OSHA 30-hour class.
- This position requires travel.
- 7+ years of experience or SSHO experience for federal construction projects.
Responsabilidades
- Inspect on-site work daily to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee and manage the site safety program and subcontractor compliance.
- Lead weekly progress meetings and safety presentations.
- Develop 3-week look-ahead schedules and recovery strategies.
- Serve as government site liaison and coordinate with owners/architects.
- Monitor progress, safety, and adherence to contract documents.
