Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager for federal construction projects.
• USACE CQM certification is required.
• OSHA 30-hour training is required.
• This position requires travel.
• 7+ years of experience or SSHO experience on federal construction projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the work on-site to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Oversee initial site and later additional job sites regionally for consistency and safety.
• Lead daily/weekly safety meetings and develop safety presentations based on daily activities.
• Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedules and participate in weekly progress meetings.
• Coordinate with owners and architects/engineers; act as government site liaison.
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, and overall quality control of the work.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
