Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to support federal construction and renovation projects at military bases across the southeastern US. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of QC experience (or SSHO experience on federal sites), USACE CQM certification, and OSHA 30. Travel is required. You will lead inspections, safety briefings, and coordinate with owners, architects, and trades to ensure

• 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager (QCM) for federal construction projects
• USACE CQM certification
• OSHA 30-hour class
• This position requires travel. Candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect on-site work to ensure quality and safety standards meet requirements.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and prepare 3-week look aheads.
• Serve as government site liaison and conduct safety presentations.
• Check safety standards and enforce company standards on site.
• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, and quality control coordination.
• Coordinate with trades for coordinated project operation.
• Resolve local issues related to procedures, design clarifications, labor and equipment.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers about field issues.
• Ensure work complies with approved contract documents.
• Must be able to pass a background check to get on military bases.
