Job summary

ENDEAVORS seeks a Licensed Child-Care Administrator (LCCA) to provide on-site administrative leadership for a General Residential Operation in Texas. You will ensure compliance with HHSC regulations, supervise staff, and uphold trauma-informed care that centers the voices of youth in planning and decision making.

The role demands deep knowledge of licensing rules, strong collaboration with DFPS and CCR, and the ability to maintain safe, compliant operations while supporting children and families

Qualifications

• Active Texas LCCA license required and maintained for the duration of employment.
• Knowledge of 26 TAC Chapter 748 Minimum Standards for GRO and related licensing.
• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and build relationships with regulators and partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily on-site administrative responsibility for the operation.
• Hold and maintain an active Texas LCCA license throughout employment.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with HHSC Minimum Standards and applicable laws.
• Serve as liaison with HHSC CCR, DFPS, and placement agencies.
• Lead trauma-informed care ensuring trauma histories inform supervision and programming.
• Protect children’s rights to participate in service planning, including youth aged 14+ signing plans.
