Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Test Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician for on-site work in Phoenix, AZ. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of production and electronic test equipment through scheduled PMs and proper documentation.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, strict adherence to LOTO and safety procedures, and collaboration with Test Support Engineering and Production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge with safe work around energized equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance on production or test equipment.
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures and safe practices.
• Ability to read maintenance procedures and technical docs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and electronic test equipment per procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Production team to minimize interruptions.
• Support maintenance activities with Test Support Engineering for reliability.
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or potential failures.
• Apply LOTO procedures per company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Replace wear items and perform routine servicing per PM procedures.
• Update maintenance records in CMMS and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and safe.
• Assist equipment improvement projects as assigned.
