Quest Global is seeking a Test Equipment Logistics Coordinator for on-site work in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on managing, calibrating, repairing coordination, and inventory control of electronic test equipment used in production and engineering.

In this position you will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Metrology, and external vendors to ensure equipment availability and regulatory compliance while minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical experience with electronic test equipment.
• Experience coordinating calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to read and maintain technical documentation.
• Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the test equipment program.
• Maintain and track inventory throughout its lifecycle.
• Coordinate calibration activities with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and regulatory compliance.
• Support internal quality audits with complete equipment records.
• Assist Engineering and Production in locating and issuing test equipment.
