Job summary

Kith Women’s technical design team is seeking a Technical Designer for knitwear, cut & sew, and active categories. This on-site role requires 3–5 years in apparel technical design, strong knowledge of garment construction, and the ability to work five days a week in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates collaborate closely with overseas suppliers, contribute to detailed tech packs, and drive high-quality fittings and pattern corrections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in apparel technical design.
• Strong garment construction knowledge and quality control.
• Experience working directly with manufacturers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical aspects of garment production to ensure high quality and functional products.
• Provide precise fit and construction feedback; document fitting comments with actionable pattern amendments.
• Lead live fit sessions and participate in cross-functional team meetings.
• Manage grading and tolerance rules.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers to troubleshoot pattern corrections and construction issues.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs with precise specifications and construction details.
