Job summary

Kith is seeking a Temp, Technical Designer for knitwear, cut & sew and activewear to join the Women’s Technical Design team on-site in Brooklyn. The candidate should bring 3–5 years of apparel technical design experience, be familiar with the brand identity, and work in a fast-paced environment.

We value a team player who is highly organized, accountable, and capable of leading in live fit sessions while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apparel technical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and quality control.
• Experience working directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
• Proficient with Illustrator and pattern-related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle all technical aspects of garment production for high quality outputs.
• Document fitting comments with actionable pattern amendments.
• Manage grading and tolerance rules across products.
• Collaborate with overseas suppliers to troubleshoot construction issues.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs with precise specifications.
