Chartwells K12 is seeking a Technology Support Manager to act as the primary liaison for St. Louis Public Schools, delivering hands-on IT support across a large K-12 district and maintaining district-wide technology operations.

The role includes supporting proprietary nutrition services software, managing data files, and troubleshooting POS systems, with regular travel to schools from the warehouse office. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting POS systems (Horizon preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with district staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Chartwells and St. Louis Public Schools.
