Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Recruiter in Grand Rapids to develop recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified contractors for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles.

Responsibilities include screening contractors, attending career fairs, assisting with internal and client reporting, and maintaining documentation in Aerotek’s systems. Base pay starts at $50,000 with a $10,000 bonus potential, rising to $55,000 after one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales‑focused experience.
• Experience in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting resources and networking to attract qualified contractors.
• Screen contractors (interviews, references, skills checks, background).
• Attend career fairs and school outreach to promote Aerotek.
• Assist internal and client reporting as needed.
• Maintain documentation in Aerotek's systems to track candidates and sourcing.
• Leverage Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts when needed.
