Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Site Manager for Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) at a client site in Texas. You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand client staffing needs, and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill roles.

You will act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing the workforce and related relationships. The role emphasizes recruiting plan execution, workforce strategy presentations, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
