NexusTek seeks a dedicated IT professional for a full-time, on-site role in McAllen, TX. You will deliver Tier I/II support across Windows servers, networking, and end-user systems, collaborating with the account team and ensuring client satisfaction.

The position requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach and physical readiness for on-site tasks. Starting wage ranges from $33.65–$36.00 hourly, with comprehensive benefits and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier I/II consultative IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows servers and networks.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and account teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II consultative client support.
• Troubleshoot Windows server issues incl. AD, DNS, VMware, backups.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including Meraki VPN and Cisco devices.
• Assist with workstation, device, and software troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with account team to recommend client solutions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle cable work on-site.
