Job summary

LifeNet Health in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and O365 services. You’ll handle day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and help desk activities within IT services.

This on-site role requires strong AD, Windows OS, patch management, and scripting skills, with experience in enterprise environments and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of IT support experience including user accounts, networking, operating systems, and applications.
• One year administration experience with at least one of: Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Networking, Security, or Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure support for servers, storage, OS, O365, directory services, patch management, software deployment, and printers.
• System monitoring, alerting, and collaboration with system owners.
• Incident response and service requests per SLAs; assist security audits and remediations.
